requirements:
6+ years' experience across digital transformation, product management, business analysis or product/project deliveryExperience working on SAP, Salesforce or Oracle implementationsStrong understanding of business process analysis and As-Is/To-Be process designExperience gathering and translating business requirements into functional/technical requirementsStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsExperience with Agile/Waterfall delivery, user stories, UAT and backlog managementExposure to tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Visio or similarBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related disciplineWe're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and is comfortable working across business and technology teams to drive transformation from concept through to implementation.
