What You'll Do
Create and refine innovative fragrance formulations, from concept to final specs. Oversee laboratory operations, raw material quality control, and multi-site inventory. Research and implement emerging scent technologies (e.g., Encapsulation, ActiMoods). Engage directly with key suppliers and clients on bespoke fragrance projects. Lead new product launches and deliver technical training to sales teams and international agents. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Perfumery, or a related field. Proven track record as a Perfumer with lab/operations experience. Highly developed olfactory sense and creative formulation talent. Strong organizational skills and technical expertise in aroma compounds. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken & written). Flexibility for frequent domestic and international travel. What You'll Get Annual air ticket. Visa / work permit sponsorship. Medical insurance.
