- Conduct routine HSE inspections of workplaces, labour camps and accommodation facilities.
- Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements and UAE regulations.
- Monitor fire safety, emergency preparedness, sanitation and employee welfare conditions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and prepare detailed reports.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks and HSE awareness training.
- Monitor the proper use of PPE and compliance with safe working procedures.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, training records and corrective-action trackers.
- Coordinate emergency drills, first-aid arrangements and pest-control activities.
- Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support quality, hygiene and food-safety compliance within catering operations.
- Coordinate with operations, site management and other departments on HSE matters. Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.
- Knowledge in ADNOC HSE, ADNOC approved HSE Officer will be an added advantage
- Minimum three years of relevant HSE experience.
- Previous experience in labour camps or accommodation facilities is preferred.
- Experience within a catering company is an advantage.
- HACCP or food-safety certification is preferred for candidates handling catering-related quality and hygiene responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response and HSE documentation.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, reporting and employee-training skills.
- Ability to work independently and visit different operational sites as required.
