AED 4,000 – AED 8,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Industry: Banking / Financial Services / DSA Employment: Full-Time | In-Person HR Contact: Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Credit Cards & Personal Loans with a strong background in the UAE/Dubai DSA (Direct Selling Agent) banking industry. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing a sales team in a UAE DSA selling Credit Cards and Personal Loans for UAE banks. This is a target-driven leadership role for someone who understands UAE bank products, bank policies, customer eligibility, documentation, KYC, approval processes, sales targets and DSA operations and can build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 8–15 Credit Card and Personal Loan Sales Executives
- Drive the team to achieve monthly Credit Card (CC) and Personal Loan (PL) targets
- Monitor daily sales activity, leads, submissions, approvals, disbursements and productivity
- Allocate individual and team targets and closely track performance
- Coach and motivate Sales Executives to improve conversion and productivity
- Recruit, train and onboard experienced CC/PL Sales Executives
- Develop sales strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition and business growth
- Maintain strong working relationships with UAE banks, bank representatives and channel partners
- Ensure applications comply with bank eligibility criteria, documentation, KYC and AML requirements
- Support the team with difficult cases, customer objections and closures
- Track rejection reasons and improve application quality and approval ratios
- Conduct daily sales meetings and regular performance reviews
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Ensure ethical selling practices and compliance with UAE banking and company policies
- Maintain a highly motivated, productive and target-oriented sales team Mandatory Requirements Candidates must meet the following

requirements:
- ● Minimum 3–5 years of UAE banking/DSA sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of Team Leader / Sales Team Leader experience in a UAE DSA
- UAE DSA experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in Credit Card Sales and Personal Loan Sales
- Must have previously managed a team of CC/PL Sales Executives in Dubai/UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE banks, Credit Cards, Personal Loans and retail banking products
- Strong understanding of customer eligibility, salary criteria, AECB, KYC, AML and banking documentation
- Proven track record of achieving monthly CC/PL sales targets
- Ability to recruit, train, manage and retain Sales Executives
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team-management skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting and CRM systems
- Candidates currently working or previously working with a UAE DSA / Direct Sales Agency / Banking Sales Outsourcing Company will be strongly preferred Candidates without UAE DSA experience in Credit Cards / Personal Loans will not be considered.
