Overview Acasus AMEA FZCO is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Legal and Tax in managing global legal and tax operations. The role ensures smooth handling of documentation, filings, and coordination with internal teams and external counsel. The position is located in Dubai, where the group maintains a part of its finance team and project controlling teams. The candidate will work closely with and report to the Head of Legal and Tax in Switzerland. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative and coordination support to the Head of Legal and Tax. Prepare, review, and format agreements and other legal documents. Assist with set‐up of a set of standardized agreements and clauses. Assist with execution of contracts and POAs. Maintain organised records of contracts, filings, and corporate documents, including corporate secretary documents. Track deadlines for renewals, registrations, and regulatory submissions. Coordinate with notaries, government authorities, and external lawyers. Support KYC, due diligence, and compliance documentation. Manage document signatures, filing systems, and task tracking tools. Coordinate high level tax functions with the accounting and finance team and report to the Head of Legal and Tax. Requirements Qualified lawyer in a common‐law jurisdiction. Minimum 3 years' experience in a legal or corporate administrative position. Prior experience supporting senior legal counsel preferred. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and spoken English. Affinity for numbers. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai. Ideal Profile An organised, dependable professional with a strong sense of accuracy and affinity for numbers. You take initiative, keep processes on track, participate in the set‐up of legal and reporting structures in a growing environment and ensure the Head of Legal can focus on strategic priorities by managing day‐to‐day administrative and legal support tasks and coordination with the finance team.
