Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day logistics and shipment coordination. Experience in cross-trade shipments and project logistics. Good knowledge of sea freight / sea cargo operations. Coordinate loading and unloading services and transportation arrangements. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, customers and suppliers. Handle and coordinate customs clearance and documentation. Prepare and check shipping, cargo and customs-related documents. Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with overseas agents and customers for smooth cargo movement. Handle other logistics and operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding. Practical experience in cross trading and project logistics is preferred. Good knowledge of sea cargo, customs procedures, loading/unloading and transportation. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments. UAE logistics/freight forwarding experience is preferred.
