Revit / Bim Trainer

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced CADD Trainer / Interior Design Trainer to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-focused training in Revit Architecture, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, BIM, and Interior Design. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, with strong hands-on experience working on real-world projects. Practical project experience is mandatory for this role. Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical, instructor-led training in Revit Architecture, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, BIM, and Interior Design for students and working professionals.
- Guide learners through real-world projects, covering modelling, space planning, documentation, 3D visualisation, rendering, materials, lighting, and presentation.
- Develop practical course materials, exercises, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
- Provide hands-on guidance and adapt training methods for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Stay updated with BIM workflows, Autodesk software, industry standards, and current architectural and interior design practices. Required Qualifications & Competencies

Salary:
KWD 400-550 (INR 125K to INR 170K) based on experience and qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in CADD, Interior Design, Architecture, BIM, or a related field, with hands-on project experience mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, and BIM, with the ability to teach from basic to advanced levels.
- Strong practical knowledge of interior design, architectural modelling, 3D visualisation, rendering, documentation, and project workflows.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP is an added advantage; relevant Autodesk/BIM certifications will also be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and training skills, with prior teaching or training experience preferred.
