key responsibilities
Define the smart campus reference architecture, standards and design governance. Design the integration of BMS, access control, CCTV, AV and sensors with enterprise platforms. Define connectivity, edge/IoT and data ingestion patterns. Ensure security, resilience and scalability across OT/IT environments. Guide specialist vendors and engineering teams throughout design and implementation.
Your profile
7+ years of relevant experience, including technical leadership. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with BMS platforms such as Niagara, Johnson Controls, Schneider, Honeywell or Siemens. Experience with at least two of the following: access control, HVAC, fire systems, CCTV or IoT/sensor deployments. Strong knowledge of building automation protocols, including BACnet and Modbus. Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and vendors within complex programmes. Smart building, ELV, BMS or IoT certifications would be an advantage.
