- Crush solid concrete cylinder samples inside the main site laboratory using heavy hydraulic machines to verify the exact compressive strength.
- Check the completely dry concrete walls for any hidden cracks or air bubbles (honeycombing) after the wooden shuttering is removed.
- Take clear digital photographs of every single approved steel column before the concrete covers it completely for future audit records.

Education:
A fully attested Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is completely mandatory to secure the official Dubai engineering visa.
- Attention to Detail: Spotting a single missing steel binding wire inside a massive ten-meter concrete column requires extreme visual focus.
- Official Licensing: Holding an active Society of Engineers (SOE) membership and passing the Dubai Municipality G+12 approval exam. What the Construction Group Offers:
