Job Summary
Supervise daily Color Coating Line operations to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily production targets
- Monitor coating, oven, and inspection processes
- Ensure quality (shade, DFT, adhesion)
- Control downtime, scrap, and rework
- Enforce safety and PPE compliance
- Maintain production and quality records Requirements
- CCL process knowledge, minimum 5+ years' experience in relevant role.
- Quality and safety awareness
- Team handling skills
- Basic reporting skills
