Position Summary The Crew Member is a multi-skilled restaurant team member responsible for guest service, product preparation, beverage service, cashiering, cleanliness, food safety, stock support, and smooth daily operations. The role may rotate across the Roller, Mixer, Pacer, Cashier, Centerfielder, and Barista stations based on operational requirements and completed training.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge guests promptly, communicate clearly, and deliver friendly and attentive service.
- Prepare, assemble, bake, frost, and serve Cinnabon food and beverage items according to approved recipes, presentation requirements, and brand standards.
- Operate the POS system accurately, process orders, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations, counters, dining areas, bakery, kitchen, and beverage station.
- Follow food safety, health, hygiene, sanitation, and safe equipment-handling requirements at all times.
- Support receiving, storage, stock rotation, and freshness checks using FIFO principles.
- Work collaboratively across stations, assist colleagues during peak periods, and contribute to timely service and smooth shift operations.
- Uphold Cinnabon values and brand image through professionalism, teamwork, product quality, and guest care. Station Responsibilities
- Roller: Produce cinnamon rolls and other baked items to Cinnabon standards; maintain the rolling station; support the approved entertainment process and guest satisfaction.
- Mixer: Prepare core ingredients such as dough balls, brown sugar Makara, and classic cream cheese frosting; protect freshness and quality; keep the bakery clean and orderly.
- Pacer: Manage proofing, baking, frosting, and hotplate replenishment; follow the PACE system; verify that each roll meets standards before display or service.
- Cashier: Use the POS system accurately; apply strong product knowledge; communicate with guests; keep the counter spotless; acknowledge guests immediately.
- Centerfielder: Support all service duties; apply Cinnabon service standards; engage guests appropriately; help ensure timely service in counter and dining areas.
- Barista: Prepare beverages to standard; maintain the bar station; safely use the espresso machine, Crathco equipment, grinders, and blender; assist as runner or centerfielder when required. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications & Skills
- Ideally 2 years of experience in food and beverage, bakery, café, quick-service restaurant, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to learn and perform multiple stations in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is an advantage.
- Ability to follow recipes, operating procedures, service standards, and supervisor instructions accurately.
- Comfort handling POS transactions and operating restaurant or beverage equipment after training. Role Expectations
- Maintain consistent attendance, grooming, uniform, hygiene, and professional conduct in line with company and brand requirements.
- Be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on restaurant scheduling needs.
- Complete assigned training and demonstrate competence before independently operating a station or equipment.
- Perform other reasonable duties related to restaurant operations as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Shift.
