Unleash your talent and redefine what's possible.Job Title and LocationSenior Infrastructure Design Manager — Abu DhabiParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Infrastructure Design Manager to join our team in Abu DhabiWhat You'll Be DoingLead the design team in the development of in all aspects of infrastructure design services.Manage the design process from concept to completion up to Tender stage.Get support from the Technical Excellence team on design standards and guidelines.Create and manage design briefs and timelinesMonitor and evaluate design trends and technologiesEnsure design projects are completed on time and within budget.Present design to stakeholders.Manage design resources and assets.Develop and implement design strategies.Analyze customer feedback and adjust designs accordinglyCollaborate and communication with the project teams and stakeholders throughout the design process.Manage and monitor change management and risk management.Develop project design delivery program and resources plan.Exercise internal design coordination and secure quality management and controlReview of developed design reports, specs, drawings, and final documents for clientsInterface management among all discipline involved in Design delivery.Weekly and monthly reporting to PD and clientsSupport on Project Bidding and resources developmentWhat Required Skills You'll BringMSc or BSc (Civil engineering) from an accredited University, along with professional certificationsPrevious experience in Abu Dhabi is preferableMinimum 20 years relevant experience in Roads and infrastructureDesign of infrastructure projects within a Consulting environment.Extensive experience in Design Management and Project Management of Master plans and mix-use development in Mena regionExcellent communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills.Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft projectKnowledge is Primavera and Autodesk Civil 3DKnowledge in Esri GISKnowledge in Bentley software'sOrganized and self-motivated.Prior experience in leading multi discipline teams and facing clients.Knowledge in BIM for roads and infrastructure.Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee's wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars Imagine next and join the Parsons quest—APPLY TODAYParsons is aware of fraudulent recruitment practices.
