Position The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the retail stores in MEA. Discounts, Consignment, Gifting, Deposit Management, etc.), ensuring compliance and proper implementation by boutiques staff • Supervise and coordinate IT procedures (ex. related to cash register, payment systems etc.) ensuring their proper functionality & maintenance and contribute to the selection and implementation of new software • Identify, share & implement best practices throughout the boutique network • Analyze the current flows and suggest improvements with a view to create a seamless client experience and minimize the salespeople administrative tasks • Implement ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the boutiques operations knowledge of sales teams • Define and manage after-sales support procedures, ensuring high customer satisfaction and promptly addressing customer requests and needs Profile • College degree or equivalent • 4+ years of relevant retail management experience, store experience is a plus • Ability to multitask under high pressure • Problem solving skills • Project management skills • Ability to effectively work independently, as well as within a team • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of SAP • Able to travel 40%+
