Not Specified Candidate Prerequisites: 3–5 Years Yard/Fleet Supervision Experience | Driver & Staff Supervision | Yard Safety & Security Procedures | Shift Flexibility Required Role Summary Bin Omeir Motors Company is looking for an experienced Yard Supervisor to oversee daily yard operations and supervise drivers, bus washers, housekeeping, and security staff. You’ll be responsible for ensuring buses are properly cleaned, parked, secured, and ready for dispatch. Primary Duties
- Supervise drivers, bus washers, housekeeping, and security personnel.
- Plan daily tasks, staff schedules, and shift assignments.
- Ensure buses are cleaned, parked, and ready for dispatch on time.
- Monitor vehicle movement and parking within the yard.
- Maintain high standards of yard cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Monitor security, CCTV, access control, and vehicle/visitor entry and exit records.
- Conduct regular yard inspections and report safety or security issues.
- Maintain staff attendance and shift records.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding vehicle issues or repairs.
- Report vehicle damage, incidents, and operational concerns to management.

Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Logistics/Transport an advantage); 3–5 years of experience in yard management, transport operations, fleet supervision, or a similar role, including experience supervising drivers and operational/support staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of yard safety, vehicle movement, and security procedures.
- Core Competencies: Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; good problem-solving and decision-making abilities; willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours when required.
