An established educational environment in Dubai offers an opportunity for a knowledgeable Subject Teacher to deliver engaging lessons, support student development, and create a productive classroom experience. The position may be suitable for teachers specializing in subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, Computer Studies, or other academic areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lessons according to the assigned subject and curriculum.
- Explain concepts clearly using age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Develop lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, and learning materials.
- Assess students through classwork, tests, projects, and examinations.
- Monitor individual student progress and provide additional academic support when required.
- Maintain an organized, respectful, and positive classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and independent learning.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and academic records.
- Identify learning difficulties and communicate relevant concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress when required.
- Participate in school meetings, activities, events, and professional development programs.
- Coordinate with other teachers and school staff on academic matters.
- Follow school policies, curriculum requirements, child-safety procedures, and professional standards.
- Make appropriate use of digital tools and educational resources to enhance learning. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, the relevant subject, or a related field is preferred.
- Teaching qualification or relevant education certification is an advantage.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication and classroom presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the subject being taught.
- Patient, responsible, and student-focused approach.
- Good classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prepare lessons and assess student performance.
- Basic computer and digital-learning skills.
- UAE/GCC teaching experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work according to school schedules and participate in academic activities.
