AMC Management Maintain the AMC tracking database draft renewal quotes process government portal submissions Dubai Civil Defense Hassantuk ADCD and hand over executed contracts to the service team Fit-Out Works Handle fit-out inquiries from contractors and consultants coordinate with estimation engineers for project drawings and BOQs and issue modification estimates Fire Alarm Fighting Projects Log project inquiries liaise with approved UAE suppliers for equipment pricing pumps panels sprinklers clean agents and assist sales engineers with commercial proposals Civil Defense Compliance Compile approval documentation trade licenses site layouts UL FM datasheets track portal submission statuses and retrieve completion certificates Operations Client Support Act as the primary contact for client follow-ups maintain CRM sales pipelines coordinate with Accounts for invoicing and retention collection and prepare monthly sales reports.

Experience:
2-4 years in sales coordination within the UAE Fire & Safety or MEP sector.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Practical understanding of UAE Civil Defense procedures, Hassantuk, and NFPA basics.
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and Gas Suppression systems.

Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems. Strong English communication (Arabic is a plus).
