Strong analytical, consulting and problem-solving capabilities. Experience managing clients, delivering projects or leading commercial engagements. The ability to identify opportunities and develop professional relationships. Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills. A commercial mindset, with an understanding of client needs and business development. High standards of integrity, discretion, accountability and confidentiality. The ability to work independently while collaborating within a wider professional framework. Relevant professional qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, CPA, CA, ACCA, PMP or other industry-specific certifications are advantageous but not mandatory where substantial experience can be demonstrated. Experience in the UAE or GCC is particularly welcome, although applications from suitably experienced international professionals are encouraged.
