Job Description
Wearing different hats, the Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of the product. Depending on the product phase, the Product Manager typically starts with the concept, passing through API and interface design, moving to support pricing and go-to-market planning, and ending acquisition and revenue ownership. The Product Manager is touching every team and has full autonomy and responsibility to grow the products. Job Duties - Develop and manage the product growth strategy and roadmap of features and use cases, working with Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders to plan and prioritize deliverables and release plans. - Manage ongoing relationships with partners to maximize mutual value and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for the products.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform GTM decisions. - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product marketing initiatives. - Present product strategies and results to senior management and other key stakeholders. - Lead cross-functional teams with respect to requirements interpretation, implementation, product decisions, specification reviews, customer satisfaction issues, and scheduling. - Responsibilities will span driving the sales process from internal leads as well as qualifying new prospects partnerships to enhance portfolio. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing) to ensure successful product launches. - Manage the gross profit of the product by developing and implementing effective pricing strategies. - Monitor product profitability and recommend adjustments to pricing models as needed to optimize financial outcomes. - Conduct regular financial analysis to ensure product revenue and margin targets are achieved. - Define and prioritize a backlog of work including the creation of stories for new features requirements. - Collaborate with sales leadership to track performance against targets and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Provide guidance and support to sales teams on product positioning, pricing, and value propositions. - Clearly communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. - Maintain high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. - Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the company's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical objectives. - Support the creation of product collateral, sales enablement materials, and training resources. - Lead and develop cross-functional teams, monitor performance and results, ensure all required activities are implemented with best practices.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry. - Experience in SaaS/CPaaS/CRM/CCaaS/ BPO services along with conversation via various digital channels and omni channels - Demonstrated success in partnership development, Product Owner, GTM strategy execution, and financial management. - Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. - Ability to create product demonstrations based on client needs. - Proficient with analytics software and tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. - Excellent communication skills with internal and external entities. - Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
