About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced software engineers who can help train their latest language model on software development tasks. We're looking for Senior Software Engineers with 5+ years at top technology companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core software engineering workflows. Compensation $100/hour Commitment Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired) Location Fully remote, work on your own schedule Start date ASAP Qualifications Senior or Staff Software Engineer with 5+ years at a top technology company Strong expertise in system design, algorithms, and software architecture Excellent written communication and attention to detail Experience with various programming languages and development methodologies About Ethos Ethos is an expert network backed by Andreessen Horowitz and General Catalyst, built to match professionals to economic opportunities in the age of AI.
