As our Implementation Specialist, you'll be a critical part of our team, leading and shaping how we deliver our solutions. You'll have the autonomy to drive both technical decisions and process improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams. You'll collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs to integrate Phyron into their platforms.

How you will split your time:

1. Hands-on Technical Implementation (65%): This role requires strong technical expertise as you identify innovative solutions and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Technical proficiency with Python, SQL, HTML, and CSS is essential for successful implementation of our platform. You will work with the integration development team to build reliable connections between our systems and client platforms, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and technical optimizations.

2. Lead Client Integrations (25%): You'll spearhead client integration projects and work closely with stakeholders to ensure their success. Prior experience in client-facing roles and managing integration projects with competing priorities is required. Experience in fast-paced business environments or startups is a plus.

3. Technical Support and Mentorship (10%): As we grow, you'll provide technical guidance and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

What you'll bring:

- Technical Prowess:

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

- Working knowledge of RESTful architectures, APIs, and system integration concepts.

- A solid understanding of databases and data structures.

- Experience: 3-5 years of delivery experience applying these skills in fast-paced environments.

- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to drive technical discussions and influence stakeholders. Collaborate with fellow technical specialists and developers to build a world-class implementation team.

- Problem-Solving Acumen: A knack for identifying and solving complex technical challenges independently. Strong analytical skills to break down problems and implement effective solutions.

- Language: Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
