These positions will begin on a contract basis with the possibility of moving into permanent roles based on performance and project needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all works within the assigned mechanical or electrical project section Lead and direct site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure steady progress and timely delivery Oversee quality control, compliance, and adherence to project specifications Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues Ensure strict adherence to site safety standards and procedures Prepare progress updates, manpower allocations, and short term schedules Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Proven experience as Section Manager or Senior Engineer in your respective discipline Strong background in MEP construction Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience Track record delivering large scale or mega projects such as hotels, mixed use, airports, or major infrastructure Strong leadership and communication skills Short notice availability preferred Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Engineering Construction and Engineering Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TXM Solutions by 2x Get notified about new Section Manager jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
