Synopsis

Support is responsible for developing and automating systems, along with robust data analytics skills. The candidate will be responsible for developing and automating safety processes, creating Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, integrating AI technologies, and collaborating with IT. This role demands a proactive individual who is dedicated to enhancing safety and efficiency through advanced technological solutions.

Accountabilities

- Maintaining and optimizing systems: This involves ensuring the smooth operation of systems used for safety and quality control. They may troubleshoot issues, update systems, and implement new technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance the business process of the Safety & Quality department. The solutions should be seamlessly integrated with Safety Management Systems.
- Collaborate with the T&I team to manage and monitor flight data recorder base stations systems.
- Perform data analytics to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Leverage ambiguous business problems as opportunities to drive objective criteria using data and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and system improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using low-code platforms, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.
- Ensure system integration and data consistency across various platforms.
- Create and manage databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.

Education and Experience

- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems development, automation, and data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling, and relational databases.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and ASP.NET.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Solid understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with enterprise business applications such as Safety Management Systems.
