Assistant Manager Safety Divers – Dubai Parks and Resorts Get a chance to lead the safety operations of our aquatic attractions, ensuring guest safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily scheduling and performance of Safety Divers, Guides, VR Attendants, and Lifeguards. - Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and SeaTrek protocols. - Manage pre‑dive briefings, guest eligibility reviews, and risk assessments. - Coordinate with maintenance for equipment servicing and sanitation. - Drive team training, certification renewals, and rescue readiness. - Handle incident investigations, reporting, and guest concerns. - Collaborate with other functions for event planning and guest flow efficiency. - Ensure operational compliance with internal SOPs and local regulations. - Perform any other duties reasonably requested by the Management Team. About you - Bachelor's degree in a related field (Aquatics, Safety, or Hospitality). - BLS/O2 Administration Certification. - 5–7 years in aquatic or underwater operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. - Strong leadership and emergency response skills. - In‑depth knowledge of SeaTrek systems and equipment. - Incident management and guest recovery communication. - Proficiency in team scheduling and training planning.
