Assistant Outlet Manager Join to apply for the Assistant Outlet Manager role at Al Bandar Rotana & Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana Job Overview We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to organize and direct a team that develops top quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare employee schedules according to forecast and manning guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times under the guidance of the Outlet Manager. - Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the assigned outlet. - Participate in planning promotions, beverage purchases, and pricing under the supervision of the Outlet Manager. - Maintain sanitary conditions according to health codes and hotel standards. - Supervise daily operations under standards fixed by Hotel Management and Outlet Manager. - Define training needs, propose training programs in collaboration with the Outlet Manager, and continuously train subordinates to achieve highest level of professionalism. - Ensure correct handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses.
Qualifications
& Competencies - Excellent oral and written English; proficient in MS Office, Windows, and POS systems. - Familiarity with Micros is desirable; previous international experience highly regarded. - Well presented, proactive, and ‘switched on’ manager with charismatic and approachable character. - Experience in supervising people and operations within a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. - Strong communication, planning, teamwork, adaptability, customer focus, and drive for results. Education & Experience Degree in hospitality, food & beverage, or related field with previous experience in the Food & Beverage field and detailed beverage training. 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role within a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
