Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Operations:
1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and redirect calls to the appropriate personnel.
3. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
1. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our clinic management system.
2. Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and optimal use of clinic resources.
3. Provide information about services, treatments, and appointment procedures to patients.
3. Patient Relations:
1. Assist patients with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork.
2. Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and discretion.
3. Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
4. Administrative Support:
1. Assist in maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy of information.
2. Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
3. Collaborate with other clinic staff to support overall clinic operations.
5. Communication:
1. Communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders.
2. Relay important messages and information to the appropriate individuals promptly.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficient in using office equipment and computer software, including MS Office.
5. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
