As part of our innovation‑driven team, you’ll work on projects ranging from: - Building personal AI tutors for students and teachers in schools. - Automating workflows for brick‑and‑mortar businesses (AI agents handling outbound lead nurturing calls, follow‑ups, and sales closure). Key Responsibilities - Fine‑tune and optimize open‑source/open‑weight models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.) for real‑world use cases. - Integrate models with applications, APIs, and databases to deliver scalable AI solutions. - Develop and deploy AI agents for tasks such as tutoring, lead nurturing, and workflow automation. - Work with retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex). - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design production‑ready AI workflows. - Stay ahead of new advancements in AI/ML, generative AI, and agent frameworks.
