Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students on suitable Bachelor's, Master's, Doctoral and professional programmes Understand students' academic background, career goals and requirements to recommend suitable study options Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp and social media Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions Explain programme details, eligibility, fees, payment plans and admission procedures clearly Achieve assigned monthly admission and sales targets Guide students through the application and enrolment process Collect and coordinate required documents for registration Maintain accurate student and follow-up records in the CRM Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth student experience Maintain professional and ethical communication with students Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication, counselling and interpersonal skills Good sales, follow-up and negotiation abilities Target-oriented and confident in converting enquiries into admissions Previous experience in academic counselling, education sales, admissions or educational consultancy is preferred Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage Comfortable communicating with students through telephone and WhatsApp Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred
