The position requires established administrative expertise across employee records, HR and payroll data, onboarding and off-boarding, employee documentation, reporting, and general HR processes. Working with a limited degree of supervision, the Senior HR Generalist Admin will handle administrative matters of medium to high complexity within defined parameters. * Work within defined parameters, applying established concepts and judgment to administrative issues of medium to high complexity.

* Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files.

* Prepare and submit tickets to the Global People Services team for HR system updates involving employee personal information, salary changes, promotions, employment details, and related data.

* Review and approve employee payroll claims and submit requests for required HR and payroll system updates.

* Serve as a point of contact for employees with general HR, payroll, and timesheet queries, taking prompt action to resolve issues.

* Prepare employee documentation, including offer letters, employment verification documents, salary letters, and promotion letters.

* Coordinate employee onboarding and off-boarding activities.

* Conduct or coordinate orientation sessions and exit interviews.

* Manage benefit enrollments and exits together with the associated system updates.
