Career Opportunity: Tender Executive – Dubai (On-Site) Telescope Media Group is expanding its business development and tendering operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Executive with solid experience in the UAE market to identify relevant tender opportunities, prepare compliant submissions, and manage the full tendering process for government, semi‑government, and private‑sector entities. Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full‑Time, On‑Site Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years, must include experience in the UAE tendering environment Role Purpose The Tender Executive will be responsible for searching for tenders, reviewing eligibility, coordinating internal inputs, preparing complete technical and financial submissions, and ensuring timely and successful tender applications. Key Responsibilities - Monitor all major UAE tender portals (Dubai Smart Supplier, Abu Dhabi Government, Etisalat, DEWA, RTA, Etimad, and private procurement platforms). - Identify relevant tenders in media production, creative services, video/photography projects, marketing, and related categories. - Maintain an updated calendar of tender announcements, deadlines, requirements, and status. - Review tender documents, scope of work, eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and compliance points. - Conduct feasibility assessments and coordinate internally to confirm capability to deliver. - Identify potential risks or missing documents early in the process. - Prepare full tender submissions, including technical proposals, commercial forms, certificates, licenses, and supporting materials. - Coordinate with production, finance, legal, and operations teams to gather needed information. - Craft strong technical responses showcasing experience, methodology, and capabilities. - Submit tenders on time, ensuring 100% compliance with required formats and instructions. - Manage online submissions through UAE government procurement systems. - Respond to clarifications, additional documents, or amendments issued by tendering authorities. - Follow up on tender status and maintain organized records. - Maintain a detailed tender log: submitted, won, lost, and ongoing. - Prepare monthly reporting on tender performance, win rate, value pipeline, and new opportunities. - Analyze previous results to continuously improve submission quality. - Communicate with procurement departments, government entities, and project owners. - Build a network with key procurement officers and tender authorities. - Stay updated on changes in UAE procurement regulations and processes. Required Qualifications - 3–5 years of tendering experience within the UAE. - Proven experience preparing tenders for government and private‑sector entities. - Strong understanding of UAE procurement portals and e‑tendering platforms. - High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance. - Excellent written communication and documentation skills. - Strong command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage. - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF editing tools. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous submissions. Preferred Qualifications - Experience preparing tenders in media, film production, photography, creative services, AI & IT technology services or marketing. - Knowledge of UAE government contracting standards and commercial requirements. - Familiarity with technical and financial proposal development.
