To further strengthen the global Customer Service division, we are currently seeking a technically skilled and hands‑on Service & Commissioning Engineer (m / f / d), responsible for on‑site commissioning, testing and service coordination of high‑performance system solutions. The Service & Commissioning Engineer will start with an intensive onboarding phase at the company's German headquarters. Your duties and responsibilities will include : - Independently commission complete system units, including pump assemblies, control systems and peripheral supply components - Take full ownership of technical execution on‑site, from mechanical and electrical setup to testing and customer handover - Act as the primary technical interface during installation, FAT / SAT procedures, troubleshooting and performance testing at client locations - Provide expert support from the pre‑sales phase through project execution, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and system capabilities - Coordinate closely with engineering, project management and service teams to ensure seamless execution and technical compliance - Conduct risk assessments and ensure all activities follow international safety and quality standards - Deliver clear and comprehensive documentation, including commissioning protocols, inspection reports and system handover records - Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement by delivering structured field feedback to the global engineering and service departments - Train customer personnel in operation, safety and maintenance of delivered systems - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional conduct, clear communication and responsive service execution To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences : - Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or qualification as a certified electrical technician or master craftsman - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in commissioning or service‑related roles for industrial systems or machinery - Experience with cross‑functional technical projects and complex on‑site setups - Familiarity with drive systems, control technology and rotating equipment is an advantage - Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience preferred - Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken - High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally for extended periods (short- and long-term projects possible) - Independent, structured work ethic and strong problem‑solving skills - Culturally adaptable and confident in international customer environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
