Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer, located in Dubai. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring that projects are executed in line with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring work progress, coordinating with teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and providing technical support to resolve on-site challenges. Qualifications - Experience in on-site project management and fieldwork to oversee project implementation - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders - Proficiency in quality control practices to ensure work is performed to the highest standards - Knowledge and qualifications in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering - Ability to interpret and execute engineering blueprints and designs accurately - Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and best practices. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field - Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and compliance.
