EMEA Renewals Manager: Enterprise SaaS Growth

Coursera is seeking a Renewals Manager to own the end-to-end renewal process for a 150+ enterprise portfolio, ensuring on-time renewals and identifying growth opportunities. You will partner with Customer Success, Account Executives, Finance and Legal to negotiate terms and secure multi-year commitments. You’ll drive renewal strategies, manage forecast accuracy in Salesforce, and spot at-risk accounts early to retain customers and expand revenue across the EMEA region.
