Key Accountabilities:

1. Specify the output required from the job. Identify key accountabilities and their performance indicators.
2. Perform audits across all sites to assess compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Ensure adherence to local, national, and international safety regulations and company policies.
4. Identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement control measures to prevent workplace incidents.
5. Investigate accidents, near-misses, and workplace injuries, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
