Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements. Analyze user feedback and data to inform product and process enhancements. Develop and maintain operational documentation and guidelines. Support the rollout of new features and initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in operations or user experience roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
