Job Responsibilities - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs - Determine selection criteria - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) - Schedule interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments and in‑person interviews (assess applicants, relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes) - Assess candidate using our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) - Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events - Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions - Provide analytical and recruiting reports (dashboard, etc.) - Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process - Complete offer initiation for new hires - Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards such as LinkedIn, Workday, universities, etc. Qualifications & Requirements - Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role - Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional'exhr networks - Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations - 8‑10 years of experience - At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities - Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Human Resources Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
