Position Overview

The Project Coordinator (Temporary for 6 months ) will play a key role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects that aim to transform the agricultural landscape through technology. This role will ensure that project activities are organized, tracked, and completed on time, while ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will handle the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, allowing the Senior Program Manager to focus on higher-level strategic project management. Fluency in Chinese is essential to support our operations and partnerships in Chinese-speaking regions.

Position Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and track project activities, ensuring milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes.
- Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow up on key tasks.
- Keep stakeholders updated on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Organize project meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.

Position Requirements:

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Process Engineering or related field from a recognized and accredited university.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in Chinese is essential.
