What would make you the best candidate
Python Developer with 4+ years exp to build functional and efficient server-side applications. Python Developer responsibilities include participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle and coaching junior developers. Your goal is to create high-quality products that meet customer needs.

1. Create reusable, effective, and scalable code.
2. Translate the client's technical requirements into code.
3. Execute unit and integration tests of the application to ensure it works well on different platforms.
4. Take ownership of the task and execute it to perfection in the agreed time.
5. Follow all the coding standards that are set by the project owner at our end.
6. Integrate front-end components into applications.
7. Prepare technical documentation.
8. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code.
9. Coach junior team members.
10. Build efficient back-end features in Python.
11. Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements wherever required.

Our Expectations

1. Solid experience as a Python Developer.
2. Experienced and comfortable using Linux based systems.
3. Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services – basic server and access management.
4. Experience with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
5. Experience in developing and consuming API (e.g. REST, SOAP) and documentation with Postman.
6. Hands-on experience of basic DB designing and integration (e.g. MongoDB, MySQL).
7. Manage testing and bug fixes.
8. Experience using tools such as Jira, Postman.
9. Experience in chatbot development (Rasa Framework).
