Executive Chef vacancy in Dubai UAEJob Title: Executive ChefLocation: DubaiSalary: 1400We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff, creating and preparing delicious meals, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and developing new recipes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position. Manage the kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordinglyCreate innovative recipes with seasonal ingredients and ensure high quality standards in all dishes preparedMonitor food supplies, order items when necessary, and ensure that the kitchen is always stocked with necessary ingredientsAdhere to food safety regulations when handling ingredients and storing cooked mealsEnsure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularlyDevelop new menu items that are creative, appealing, and within budget constraintsMaintain a clean and organized workspace at all timesTrain new staff in proper preparation techniques, recipes, and cooking methodsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts or related field is preferredAt least two years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in a high-end restaurant or hotel is requiredKnowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP certification is highly desirableExcellent leadership skills with the ability to lead by exampleDemonstrated knowledge of advanced cooking methods including plating techniquesWe offer a competitive salary along with excellent benefits.
