Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Specialist Neonatologist (Arabic) to join our team and contribute to the well-being of newborn babies in Abu Dhabi. Your Responsibilities

- Provide specialized medical care to newborn infants, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive measures.
- Monitor and manage the health status of premature and/or sick infants, and oversee their growth and development.
- Attend high-risk deliveries and provide assistance and support to the delivery team.
- Perform specialized procedures related to neonatal care, such as intubation, surfactant therapy, and neonatal resuscitation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient care.
- Educate parents on the care and treatment of their newborns, and provide them with support and guidance.
- Conduct research and develop protocols for neonatal care to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in medical conferences and seminars to stay updated on the latest advancements in neonatal medicine.
- Ensure compliance with medical standards and guidelines, and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

- Medical degree from an accredited university.
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
- Board certification in neonatology.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a neonatologist.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
