Job Description We're hiring a Partnerships & PR Manager to grow strategic relationships, strengthen our public presence, and convert credibility into measurable deal flow across Dubai's business and investment ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, public relations, and commercial positioning. You'll work closely with leadership to turn high-trust relationships into qualified leads, listings, investor introductions, and revenue-generating referrals. What You'll Do Partnerships & Deal Origination - Identify, build, and secure strategic partnerships with business brokers, real estate firms, law and accounting firms, banks, family offices, accelerators, chambers, and media platforms - Structure and negotiate referral and revenue-sharing agreements - Build, manage, and scale a structured partner network, tracking sources, conversions, and outcomes - Convert relationships into qualified leads, listings, and investor introductions - Represent the company at networking events, forums, and private meetings with senior stakeholders PR & Brand Visibility - Lead PR outreach to media, business publications, podcasts, and relevant platforms - Secure interviews, features, and coverage for the company and leadership team - Draft and manage press releases, announcements, and media briefs - Position the brand as a credible authority in business acquisition and investment - Support reputation management and credibility-building initiatives in the market Communications & Positioning - Shape external messaging aligned with commercial and growth objectives - Coordinate with marketing and content teams on announcements, campaigns, and partnership launches - Maintain a strong brand presence across Dubai's business and investment communities Requirements - 4+ years of experience in partnerships, PR, business development, or strategic communications - Strong Dubai-based network across media, founders, investors, and professional service providers - Proven ability to open doors, build trust, and close strategic partnerships - Experience structuring referral and revenue-sharing agreements - Commercial mindset with the ability to link visibility to pipeline, leads, and revenue - Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills - Confidence engaging senior decision-makers in client-facing environments - Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives - High-impact role with direct influence on revenue and growth - Exposure to founders, investors, family offices, and senior partners across Dubai - Autonomy to own partnerships and PR strategy end-to-end - Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with clear growth opportunities - Strong leadership access and quick decision-making
