Work remotely in a global team that covers all parts of the world, where you will get to travel and meet and attract your clients at bespoke events. ResponsibilitiesAcquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needsBuilding key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customersAnalysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedbackRequirementsSales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPIFamiliar with the use of a CRM toolWorked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.3-10 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX salesClient portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etcStrong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressurePassionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantageFluency in English and Arabic is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
