Job Title: Florist Job Summary: The florist is responsible for creating floral arrangements managing inventory assisting customers and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop. Key Responsibilities
Floral Design and Arrangement: Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings funerals holidays and everyday use.

- Handle customer inquiries complaints and special requests in a professional manner. Sales and Transactions: Process sales transactions using the shops point of sale (POS) system.

- Upsell additional products such as vases greeting cards and other gift items. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of flowers plants and supplies; place orders with suppliers as needed.

- Inspect flower deliveries for quality and freshness; properly store and condition flowers to maintain their longevity.

- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or issues to the shop manager. Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing shop environment.
