Duties & Responsibilities:

- Finding Tenants – Responsible for finding new tenants to rent out the vacant properties.
- Screening Tenants – Sort through prospective tenant applications to find the best fit for our property.
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals with tenants.
- Maintain relations with tenants.
- Set the length of the lease and ensure it has all necessary provisions.
- Handle Tenant Move Ins as per procedures.
- Handle Lease Renewals as assigned by the Property Manager.
- Handle Tenant Move-outs as per procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Maintenance & Security to ensure units are delivered on time and in good condition.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 1 year experience in leasing residential apartments in UAE.
- UAE Driving license is a must.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
