Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager in executing financial analysis, business valuations, and preparing high-quality reports for clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to work independently while ensuring timely delivery of client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in executing assigned financial valuation and analysis projects.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and participate in client meetings.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Develop accurate and error-free financial models using Excel.
- Analyze client business operations and incorporate findings into financial models.
- Apply various business valuation techniques such as DCF Valuation, Net Asset Method, and VC methods.
- Prepare high-quality valuation reports, business plans, charts, and investor pitch decks using PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through online calls and in-person meetings.
- Promptly resolve any client issues related to the assignment.
- Adapt to engagements requiring additional learning of new industries and business models.
- Ensure all project-related documents are properly stored and uploaded in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA/CPA is a plus).
- 2-4 years of experience in financial modeling, valuation, and business analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling), PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies (DCF, NAV, VC methods, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with clients across various industry verticals is a plus
