Roles and responsibilities

An Executive Project Manager (or Executive Project Coordinator) is responsible for overseeing high-level projects within an organization, often with a focus on strategic goals and objectives. This role involves coordinating and managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals, and working closely with executives and senior leadership to ensure the project's success. Executive Project Managers typically handle major initiatives that have significant business impact and require effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership.

Key Skills for an Executive Project Manager:

1. Leadership and Decision-Making

- Strong leadership skills to manage teams, guide decision-making, and influence stakeholders.

- Ability to make informed decisions, often with limited information or in high-pressure situations.

2. Project Management Expertise

- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

- Proficient in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management for complex projects.

3. Communication Skills

- Excellent communication skills to engage with senior executives, project stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, tailoring the message for different audiences.

- Review and process jobs logged by customer as per priorities P1, P2, P3 and validate the complaint if job is in scope or out of scope.
- Ensure Contractor Assignment and SLA Adherence.
- Review Daily Booking Schedule Report.
- Forecast SLAs and Proactive Action.
- View and Monitor SLA on CAFM.
- Check for Evidence.
- Apply Deductions and Send Advance Notifications.
- Audit Contractor Equipment and Guidelines.
- Conduct Spot Checks.
- Address Non-Compliance.
- Schedule Post-Job Meetings.
- Evaluate Customer Satisfaction.
- Assess Work Area Cleanliness.
- Understand the Cause of Unhappiness.
- Offer a Solution.
- Follow Up.
- Validate BOQ with Picture Proof.
- Send Verified BOQ for Price Negotiation.
