- Ensure all design work adheres to InterContinental Abu Dhabi's brand guidelines and maintains a premium, cohesive aesthetic across all materials.

- Collaborative Teamwork:
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop branding and design elements for our restaurants, such as menus, advertising, and event supplies, that capture the unique character and selection of each location.
- Provide design support for internal and external communications, including event invitations, signage, and presentations.
- Photo and Video Editing:
- Edit and retouch photographs for marketing materials, ensuring high-quality images that reflect the hotel's luxury atmosphere.

What We need from you:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of graphic design expertise, ideally with luxury hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle firms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Knowledge of web design and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to create print-ready designs and understand production processes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, especially for luxury brands or hospitality settings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

3. Digital and Print Design

- Print Materials: Designing print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and banners.
- Web and App Design: Designing user interfaces (UI) for websites and mobile apps, focusing on user experience (UX) and ensuring the designs are responsive, visually appealing, and functional across devices.
- Social Media Graphics: Creating visually engaging graphics for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and cover photos that align with the brand's identity.

4. Collaboration and Client Communication

- Client Meetings: Communicating with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences for design projects.
