Role OverviewLead the Financial Planning & Analysis agenda across Automotive operations in the UAE and overseas markets, translating business strategy into integrated financial plans and providing clear insights into performance. What You Will DoLead planning and forecasting, challenge business assumptions, deliver executive reporting, support commercial decisions, strengthen performance management, drive systems and process improvement, and maintain financial integrity. Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of relevant finance experience, including leadership of FP&A or commercial finance in a large, complex, multi-business organisation, and will be able to demonstrate experience in budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, scenario modelling, and cross-functional business partnering. RequirementsAdvanced financial modelling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysisStrong capability in integrated financial planning, driver-based forecasting, and performance analyticsCommercial judgement and the ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendationsClear executive communication, presentation, and financial storytelling skillsConfidence to constructively challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders across multiple businesses and marketsStrong understanding of KPI frameworks, benchmarking, data governance, and financial controlsProficiency in enterprise planning, ERP, and BI platforms, supported by advanced Excel skillsAbility to lead change, improve processes, and develop a collaborative, accountable teamTagged as: Financial Modeling
