Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments of patients' health and develop individualized care plansProvide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signsAssist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingEducate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease managementCommunicate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate careMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulationsParticipate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledgeMaintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staffTravel to patients' homes within Jubail and surrounding areas for appointmentsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in home health care or a similar settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careFluent in English and ArabicMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
