Talentspoc is looking for a dedicated Urologist with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) accreditation to join our team. This position requires a physician who is adept at diagnosing and treating various urological disorders while delivering high-quality patient care. You will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing expert guidance and utilizing state-of-the-art medical technologies in our practice. Key Responsibilities - Evaluate patients with urological issues through comprehensive assessments and diagnostic tests. - Design and execute treatment plans and recommend appropriate surgical and non-surgical interventions. - Conduct surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures, when necessary. - Provide education and support to patients regarding urological health, treatment options, and preventive care. - Collaborate with colleagues across different specialties to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. - Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans. - Participate in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of advancements in the field of urology. - Engage with community health initiatives to raise awareness about urological health. - MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution - Valid DHA license to practice as a Urologist in Dubai - Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology - Strong knowledge of surgical and non-surgical treatment options for urological disorders - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth - Experience using electronic health records (EHR) is preferred - Private Health Insurance - Paid Time Off - Training & Development - Performance Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
