Arabic Receptionist

Main responsibilities include:
1. Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers; answer telephone calls providing a warm, timely welcome in line with our brand standards.
2. Answer guest-related queries and provide information for promotions, room prices, activities, and events in the surrounding area.
3. Ensure payments are made according to cash handling procedures and process accurately and efficiently all reservations and cancellations.
4. Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
5. Drive online name mentions and promote customer feedback.
6. Understand online guest feedback and explore options for improvement.
7. Carry out general office duties including correspondence, emails, and filing to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
8. Maintain appropriate stock of supplies and reception stationeries.
9. Effectively communicate with all departments on all guest requests and complaints for smooth service delivery.
10. Ensure the safety of all guests in line with safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Customer-oriented approach.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Flexible, agile, and able to work under pressure.
5. Ability to work both independently and in a team.
6. Proactive and excellent organizational skills.
7. Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
You must have/be:
1. A minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in the Front Office department of a hotel.
2. Knowledge of Opera (PMS).
3. Arabic language speaking, writing, and reading skills.
